  • You absolutely will, thats if you put in the correct information. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order. I dont handle shipping, but Printify does. (Print-on-demand services)

  • While this is a rare occurance, If you can prove that your item is broken and/or misprinted, I will directly issue a refund. Use the contact form to reach out to me regarding this.

  • This can vary by where the item is created, but if Im going to honestly estimate; roughly 7-14 days. That is out of my control, Printify and the couriers are responsible for that.

  • No, absolutely not. All you pay is the item and nothing more than that. If anything Chipstar related tells you to pay fees, please immediately contact me so that I can confirm its legitimacy.

  • Once you purchase anything on this page, you will be greeted by a normal checkout page, as you would anywhere else. That means no middlemen or dealing with some Joe Schmoe.

  • I do free shipping because my goal as a musician is to not make money, but to exert my passion, making and getting Drylx merch shipped- falls squarely under that.

  • A: If your Crux Oculi merch happens to come misprinted or damaged, please do not hesitate to reach out to me using the contact form, and we can take it from there.

    However, If the damage/misprint is minimal and is barely noticeable, then I wont help you there. Only major damage/misprinting are covered.

  • A: All of my merch is fulfilled by different print providers, and ships from the nearest regional hub. Expect updates via e-mail when its en route.

  • A: No, expect more merch types to drop periodically. Some unlimited, some not.

  • A: I dont get the full retail price, half of it goes into production costs, the remainder then goes to me, in which I can fund future music and projects.

  • A: Im sorry, but custom merch is only available for my close friends and family.

  • A: No. You are responsible for knowing beforehand what size you wear.
