Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the merchandise arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, severe damage, or a major misprint.

Minor cosmetic imperfections or slight variations that do not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the product are not eligible for a return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photographs of the issue.

Custom Merchandise

Custom merchandise, including personalized designs or modifications to existing products, is not available.

Sizing & Refunds

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if the incorrect size was ordered by the customer.

If you receive an item that is incorrectly sized despite ordering the correct size, please contact me by email and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the size tag

  • A clear photo of the merchandise

  • (Optional) A photo of the product packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Orders are fulfilled through a print-on-demand service.

While every effort is made to deliver orders promptly, shipping times cannot be guaranteed, as production, shipping carriers, customs processing, and other factors are outside my control.

Typical delivery times are 7–14 days, although in rare cases delivery may take 31 days or longer.
